We are proud to be exhibiting and presenting at the Society for Investigative Dermatology annual meeting later this week. Our Founder and CEO Robyn Hickerson will be describing how optimal tension in ex vivo skin models facilitates wound healing.
Robyn who is co-inventor of Ten Bio’s tension-based ex vivo skin model and a group leader in the School of Life Sciences at the University of Dundee will be demonstrating how the application of an optimized tension to ex vivo skin can restore skins inherent mechanobiology, enabling a more in vivo like behavior in response to external stimuli.
With a mission to advance and promote the sciences relevant to skin health and disease through education, advocacy, and scholarly exchange of scientific information The Society for Investigative Dermatology, is the perfect place for Ten Bio to present the ability of the TenSkinTM product to enable significant opportunities for advances in wound healing research.
Listen to Robyn’s talk during the ‘Research in Cutaneous Surgery’ Symposium Friday 20th May, at 7:35AM in room A105-A106.
You can also meet the Ten Bio team in the Exhibition Hall (booth #111) and at Poster Session 1 Thursday May 19 – 4.30pm-6.30pm in exhibit hall A/A1/B poster numbers #797 #609.
